the
Tatsuya
Experience
Tatsuya
is just as much a golden experience visually as it is
gastronomically.

“Tatsuya” - an amalgamation of “tat”, meaning friendliness, and “ya” - lives up to its name, with its wooden flooring, warmly lit interior and open-kitchen concept.

Creamy dollop of
Hokkaido uni
Uni tastes exactly how it looks - a deep, luxurious shade of orange with a buttery texture; it was like eating a spread of thick, liquid gold.

Freshly shucked oysters with soy
sauce and ebiko
Garnished with a generous serving of ebiko, the shell held just enough soy
sauce to complement the briny flavours of the oyster.

Kampachi with caviar,
uni and ebiko
A triplet of kampachi, topped with a generous helping of caviar, uni and ebiko respectively, and finely dusted with seaweed.
